			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center"><em><strong>Coordinator, Employment and Training for Mamo-Nuskomitowin</strong></em></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small">Under the direction of the Chairperson of Mamo-Nuskomitowin, or his/her designate, the Coordinator will be responsible for the compilation of the labour market needs of Mamo-Nuskomitowin First Nations and the coordination of employment and training programs and services to the First Nations through the Local Delivery Mechanisms (LDM’s). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small">Qualifications:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small">Post-secondary education in business administration or related field is preferred, however, Grade 12 education or equivalent with work experience in a senior financial or advisory position is acceptable.</span><span style="font-size: small"> Knowledge of employment and training issues and requirements in the eastern part of Nishnawbe-Aski Nation.</p>
<p> Knowledge of the First Nation, federal, provincial governmental political and administrative structures.</p>
<p> Strong financial skills including knowledge in computerized accounting.</p>
<p> Knowledge in various computer programs required, i.e. Spreadsheets and word processing</p>
<p> Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p>
<p> Strong analytical and research skills.</p>
<p> Ability to work with limited supervision.</p>
<p> An awareness and understanding of First Nations culture is essential.</p>
<p> Must be willing to travel extensively. Must have Valid Class G driver’s license<span style="font-family: Arial,Arial Narrow;font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial,Arial Narrow;font-size: small">. </span></span></p>
<p>Ability to speak cree, Ojibwy or Ojib-cree will be an asset.<br />
